60-Day Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60-day guarantee on all purchases. If within 60 days of receiving your order, you encounter any issues with your jewelry, simply contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Please understand we do not provide refunds for personalized items. But we do have a 60 day guarantee policy. During this time period we provide replacements (for the same item(s) or the same product(s), and this policy applies to the following conditions:
- We sent the wrong order or item(s), customer received broken items, or the customer received a damaged/defective product.
- Customer received the incorrect personalized product(s): i.e wrong birthstones, wrong names engraved, wrong sizes.
NOT Covered By Our 60-Day Guarantee Policy
Our 60-day guarantee policy does NOT cover the following, and we are not liable for:
- Products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. These chemicals include but are not limited to, seawater, sunscreen, and perfume. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
- Any damage to jewelry caused by neglectful, abusive, or mishandling of jewelry. Also, natural wear and tear are not covered. Damages, such as hits, dents etc. are not covered.
Refund or Exchange: Please note that we do not offer refunds on personalized items due to their customized nature. We strive to ensure each item meets our high standards and your specific requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
