1. How can I personalize my jewelry?

We offer a wide range of customizable options for our jewelry pieces. When you select a product, you will have the option to choose the metal type, and or chain length, and any personalized engravings or birthstones. Simply follow the instructions on the product page to personalize your jewelry to your liking.

2. What material is the jewelry made of?

925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel and few in Brass. Each jewelry pieces' materials will be specified on the product page. Our birthstones are made of Cubic Zirconia. Products made of gold and rose gold are coated with a 18K gold layer. Every product made in .925 sterling silver will have 925 or S925 stamped on it for authentication. 

3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-Free. We test every single style to ensure they meet all of our rigorous quality standards.

4. Can I preview how my personalized jewelry will look?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a preview feature at the moment. However, we assure you that our skilled artisans will carefully craft your personalized jewelry according to your specifications. 

5. How long does it take to receive my personalized jewelry?

Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, the production time may vary. Typically, it takes 1-4 days to craft your personalized jewelry. Once your order is ready, we will ship it to you using the shipping method you selected at checkout. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

6. Can I return or exchange my personalized jewelry?

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, and we will be happy to assist you.

7. How should I care for my personalized jewelry?

To keep your personalized jewelry looking its best, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or participating in any physical activities.
  • Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  • Use a soft cloth to gently clean your jewelry, avoiding any abrasive materials.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already entered the production process, it may not be possible to cancel it.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. The availability and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout when you enter your shipping address. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. How can i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website.
